Can i cancel my membership?
Yes, at any time, but all the perks go with it. We recommend completing the full year to cash in on them! It was designed to save you money on services you frequently receive and any new ones we introduce. The year is worth it!
Can i roll my services over?
All services must be booked within the year of active membership unless following year is prepaid. Members have access to both public and private calendar. If you are unable to find an available date, please reach out.
What artist will be providing services?
It will primarily be lead artist Giselle B. who will be servicing you. Our junior artist will be available upon request.
CANCELLATIONS/ rescheduling
You are allowed to reschedule up to 24 hours of your appt. Rescheduling should only occur up to 15 days out of original appt. Cancelled appts are not penalized and you are able to book again with no problem. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior.
